Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GUDEAH ("the platform", "we"), an online service that turns architectural sketches, model views and photos into AI-generated renders, edits and videos. By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

• You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your plan sets how many devices can be signed in at the same time. Sharing an account is not allowed.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

2. Credits

• Credits are a prepaid digital balance usable only on this platform. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and expire at the end of the validity shown on the pack.
• The credit cost of each model or option is shown before you start a job. Credits are only kept for jobs that succeed — failed jobs are refunded automatically.
• Online payments are processed by our payment partner (Wayl). Credits are added once the payment is confirmed.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, and do not request illegal, hateful, sexual or violent content. Requests that break the policies of our AI model providers are refused.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, overload or bypass the limits of the service.

4. Your content

You keep the rights to the images you upload and to the results you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your files and show you the results.

5. Service availability

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted. AI output can vary and may contain mistakes; review results before using them professionally.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq.

شروط الاستخدام

هذه الشروط تنظّم استخدامك لـGUDEAH (كوديا) («المنصة»)، وهي خدمة إلكترونية تحوّل السكيتشات المعمارية ولقطات الموديلات والصور إلى رندرات وتعديلات وفيديوهات بالذكاء الاصطناعي. بإنشاء حساب أو شراء كردت فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. الحسابات

• لازم تكون معلوماتك صحيحة وكلمة مرورك سرية، وإنت مسؤول عن أي نشاط على حسابك.
• باقتك تحدد عدد الأجهزة اللي تكدر تدخل منها بنفس الوقت. مشاركة الحساب غير مسموحة.
• نكدر نوقف الحسابات اللي تخالف هذه الشروط أو تسيء استخدام الخدمة.

2. الكردت

• الكردت رصيد رقمي مدفوع مسبقاً يُستخدم داخل المنصة فقط، ما له قيمة نقدية، ما ينتقل لشخص ثاني، وينتهي بنهاية الصلاحية المكتوبة على الباقة.
• كلفة كل موديل أو خيار تظهر قبل ما تبدي العملية، والكردت ينخصم بس على العمليات الناجحة — العمليات الفاشلة يرجع كردتها تلقائياً.
• الدفع الإلكتروني يتم عبر شريكنا (Wayl)، والكردت ينضاف بعد تأكيد الدفع.

3. الاستخدام المقبول

• لا ترفع محتوى ما عندك حق استخدامه، ولا تطلب محتوى مخالف للقانون أو فيه كراهية أو محتوى جنسي أو عنيف. الطلبات المخالفة لسياسات مزودي الموديلات تُرفض.
• لا تحاول تفكيك الخدمة أو إغراقها بالطلبات أو تجاوز حدودها.

4. محتواك

حقوق الصور اللي ترفعها والنتائج اللي تولّدها تبقى إلك، ضمن شروط الموديلات المستخدمة. تمنحنا فقط الإذن المحدود اللازم لمعالجة ملفاتك وعرض النتائج عليك.

5. توفر الخدمة

نحرص على استمرار الخدمة لكن ما نضمن عدم انقطاعها. نتائج الذكاء الاصطناعي ممكن تختلف أو تحتوي أخطاء — راجعها قبل استخدامها مهنياً.

6. المسؤولية

بالحد اللي يسمح بيه القانون، مسؤوليتنا الكلية عن أي مطالبة محدودة بالمبلغ اللي دفعته خلال الأشهر الثلاثة السابقة للمطالبة.

7. التعديلات والقانون

ممكن نحدّث هذه الشروط، والتاريخ أعلاه يبيّن آخر نسخة. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية العراق.

Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and a securely hashed password.
• Usage data: sign-in times, devices/sessions, credit history and the jobs you run, so we can bill credits correctly and protect your account.
• Files: images and prompts you send to cloud generation.
• Payments: order amount and status. Card and wallet details are entered on our payment partner's page and are never seen or stored by us.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sign you in, process your jobs, add credits, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• AI model providers receive the images and prompts of the cloud jobs you start, only to produce the result.
• Payment partner (Wayl) receives the order details needed to take your payment.
• Hosting — our servers and database run on Microsoft Azure.

Local rendering

When you render on your own computer (ComfyUI), your images stay on your device and are not uploaded to us.

Retention and your rights

Generated files may be removed by providers after a period, so download results you want to keep. Security logs are kept for up to 180 days. You can ask us to correct or delete your account and data at any time.

Security

All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, passwords are hashed, and service keys are stored encrypted.

• بيانات الحساب: اسمك وإيميلك وكلمة مرور مشفّرة بشكل آمن.
• بيانات الاستخدام: أوقات الدخول، الأجهزة والجلسات، سجل الكردت والعمليات اللي تسويها — حتى نحسب الكردت صح ونحمي حسابك.
• الملفات: الصور والأوصاف اللي ترسلها للتوليد السحابي.
• المدفوعات: مبلغ الطلب وحالته. بيانات البطاقة أو المحفظة تنكتب بصفحة شريك الدفع وإحنا ما نشوفها ولا نخزنها.

شلون نستخدمها

بس لتشغيل الخدمة: تسجيل دخولك، تنفيذ عملياتك، إضافة الكردت، منع إساءة الاستخدام والرد على استفساراتك. ما نبيع بياناتك ولا نستخدمها للإعلانات.

مع منو نشاركها

• مزودي موديلات الذكاء الاصطناعي: يستلمون صور وأوصاف العمليات السحابية اللي تبديها، فقط لإنتاج النتيجة.
• شريك الدفع (Wayl): يستلم تفاصيل الطلب اللازمة لاستلام الدفعة.
• الاستضافة: سيرفراتنا وقاعدة البيانات على Microsoft Azure.

الرندر المحلي

لما ترندر على جهازك (ComfyUI)، صورك تبقى على جهازك وما تنرفع إلنا.

مدة الحفظ وحقوقك

الملفات المولّدة ممكن يحذفها المزود بعد فترة، فنزّل النتائج اللي تريدها. سجلات الأمان تنحفظ لحد 180 يوم. تكدر تطلب تعديل أو حذف حسابك وبياناتك بأي وقت.

الأمان

كل الاتصال مشفّر بـHTTPS، كلمات المرور مشفّرة، ومفاتيح الخدمات محفوظة مشفّرة.

Refund Policy

• Failed jobs: if a cloud job fails or times out, its credits are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed.
• Unused packs: you can request a refund of a credit pack within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits have been used.
• Payment errors: duplicate charges, or a payment taken without credits being added, are always refunded in full.
• Used or expired credits are not refundable.
• Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. Processing time depends on your bank or wallet.

To request a refund, contact us with your account email and the order ID shown in your top-up history.

سياسة الاسترجاع

• العمليات الفاشلة: إذا فشلت عملية سحابية أو تأخرت، كردتها يرجع لرصيدك تلقائياً — بدون أي طلب.
• الباقات غير المستخدمة: تكدر تطلب استرجاع مبلغ باقة خلال 7 أيام من الشراء إذا ما استخدمت أي كردت منها.
• أخطاء الدفع: الدفع المكرر، أو الدفع اللي ما انضاف بعده الكردت، يرجع كاملاً دائماً.
• الكردت المستخدم أو المنتهي ما يُسترجع.
• الاسترجاع يرجع لنفس وسيلة الدفع عبر شريك الدفع، ومدته تعتمد على البنك أو المحفظة.
